Transparent Mylar Solar Shades are made of a 3 ply, 4 mil mylar (polyester) material. A thin heat reflective aluminum coating is laminated between two glare reducing sheets of dyed polyester.

Insulating air space between the shade and glass, and the metallization, create a thermos bottle effect on windows. Transparent Mylar Solar Shades are virtually a flexible duo-pane.

- Fascia - The Fascia System hides the roller tube giving your shades a clean, finished look.
- Clutch-Operated Shades- Interior - Never needs adjustment, can go on either right or left end of shades
- Spring Roller - Rolls up and down by tugging on bottom bar
- Motorization - You can choose 110 Volt Hardwired, Battery Operation, or Wireless (Plug-In), switch operated, remote control or automatic controls.
- Inside or Outside Mount - Inside mount: the shade is mounted within the window frame. Outside Mount is mounted outside the window frame.
- Standard Roll - Standard Roll - Material rolls over the back of the roller.
- Sun Sensor - The light sensitivity Sun Sensor tells the shade to roll down when light from the sun gets above a desired intensity.
- Reverse Roll - Reverse Roll the material rolls down over the front of the roller.
