Woven Wood Shades

Our Natural Woven Shades product line offers an exceptional selection of natural fabrics, including bamboo, rattan, and natural grasses, in a variety of classic shade styles and in various weave patterns, no two shades are exactly alike. This means that imperfections can be common, as are differences in the way light is filtered.

Also called bamboo shades, Woven wood shades bring the beauty of nature indoors and provide insulation against summer's heat and winter's cold.

DuoShade

The DuoShade offers the beauty of seeing the light filtering through a natural fabric, without being obstructed by a permanent lining, combined with the convenience of being able to pull down the roll shade, thus adding privacy.

The face fabric of the Roman shade falls from the front of the headrail. The roll shade is mounted towards the back of the headrail and is made of solar fabric.

Because there are two shades with separate lifting systems, a larger headrail is required. If the shade is an inside mount, make sure the window frame is deep enough to accommodate it.

The Roman shade is operated with a cord and pulley system. For this type of shade, this is generally easier to operate, and more durable, than a cord lock system.

The roll shade is operated with a CCO lifting system.

Each shade operates independently.

CCO or motorized lifting systems are available as options.

Natural Woven shades are unlined, to show off the natural fabrics to their best advantage. Privacy lining or blackout lining are available as options with this style.

How to Clean Woven Woods

They are durable and easy to maintain by vacuuming or wiping clean with a damp cloth.

Available Options

• Roll Up Shade - Woven Woods - The roll is always in front of the shade, and the cords are visible. Cord color is selected to coordinate with the fabric.
• Top Down Shade - Woven Woods - The lined valance frames the shade nicely, and covers the lifting system which would otherwise be visible since the shade stacks at the bottom.
• Roman Shade with Valance - Woven Woods - The shade fabric falls from the back of the headrail, the valance fabric falls from the front of the headrail, and the lifting system is mounted between the shade fabric and the valance fabric.
• Edge Binding - Woven Woods - 1-3/4 inches wide (except Roll-Up Shade). Textured fabrics sewn onto the edge of the shade, and on the valance if there is one, gives the shade a finished look and add rich color tie-ins to a room.
• Lining - Woven Woods - Privacy liner, blackout liner or Duo Shades
• Motorization - You can choose 110 Volt Hardwired, Battery Operation, or Wireless (Plug-In), switch operated, remote control or automatic controls.
• Inside or Outside Mount - Inside mount: the shade is mounted within the window frame. Outside Mount is mounted outside the window frame.
